È la terza volta, e dico terza dopo una prima segnalazione tramite amazon che UN operatore del vostro ufficio mi lascia un avviso di giacenza del mio pacco pur sapendo benissimo gli orari di consegna, perché si, mi faccio consegnare i pacchi direttamente in negozio con gli ORARI ESPOSTI È CONOSCIUTI. La prima volta addirittura si è fermato dalla porta e mi ha detto di andare a prendere il pacco mentre stavo lavorando;alla mia risposta no ha avuto il coraggio di entrare e lasciarmi L avviso di giacenza sul bancone e se n'è andato. Ieri e oggi è passato un altro operatore (non sono certa fosse lui al 100% ma al 99)quando il negozio era chiuso. Ora vi chiedo :perché un servizio così?????? Bah. E ho dovuto fare tutto io, loro non piegano la scatola , non compilano i moduli , loro ti guardano mentre tu lavori al loro posto . Ignorando di essere al lavoro e soprattutto senza far caso che davanti aveva dei clienti.... Lho trovata alquanto sgradevole, presuntuosa maleducata e fuori luogo.... Al contrario per il direttore, a cui ho esposto la situazione, molto educato, professionale ed esaustivo.
