Questa mattina sono solo pentita di non aver reagito in modo adeguato all'accoglienza ricevuta in questa filiale presso la quale avevo fissato un appuntamento telefonico in precedenza. In coda all'esterno, prima della fila, vengo superata senza preamboli da una signora chiaramente ben conosciuta dai dipendenti. Non io, ma un signore le fa notare che deve mettersi in coda. Al mio ingresso in banca vengo accolta in modo molto sgarbato da un dipendente robusto e invitata a mettermi dietro la linea segnalata a terra con un alto tono di voce, quasi fossi una scolaretta da redarguire e punire. Contemporaneamente l'altra signora viene invitata ad entrare come se a lei la precedenza fosse dovuta ed io avessi abusato del mio diritto di ingresso. Chiarito che anch'io avevo un appuntamento alle ore 11 come la signora, vengo fatta accomodare in malo modo in una postazione laterale. Sono veramente basita. Se vengono tenuti solo in considerazione gli amici e la gente viene trattata in questo modo, devo dire che questa banca non fa più per me. Consiglio di essere cortesi e gentili con tutti. Grazie
Foreword: I have been a customer for 30 years. This morning I only regretted not having reacted adequately to the reception received in this branch where I had previously made a telephone appointment. Queuing outside, before the queue, I am overcome without preamble by a lady clearly well known by the employees. Not me, but a gentleman points out that he has to queue. When I enter the bank I am greeted in a very rude manner by a robust employee and invited to put myself behind the line marked on the ground with a high tone of voice, as if I were a schoolgirl to be reproached and punished. At the same time the other lady is invited to enter as if precedence was due to her and I had abused my right of entry. Clarified that I too had an appointment at 11 as the lady, I am made to sit in a bad position in a lateral position. I am truly thrilled. If only friends are taken into consideration and people are treated in this way, I must say that this bank is no longer for me. I recommend being courteous and kind to everyone. Thanks
