★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero rivolto a questa filiale diverso tempo fa, per una surroga. Devo dire che è stata l'esperienza più brutta avuta con un Istituto di Credito.
Mi hanno fatto anche parlare con un Capo Area, mai visto una cosí poca capacitá di empatia, l'opposto della persona che dovrebbe creare buone relazioni col pubblico e attirare clienti. Scortesia al 100%. Mah!
Trattato come un appestato e meno male che avevo anche un buon profilo di risparmio (Es di risposta datami dal "Capo Area" che devo dirmelo loro se ho un buon profilo di risparmio non certo io").
Mai più messo piedi in questa banca e ho surrogato con altra banca fortunatamente e ho creato un'ottima e proficua collaborazione nel tempo.
MAI PIU BNL: scegliete meglio chi fare assume ruoli di responsabilitá (il personale che deve gestire anche più filiali).

I had turned to this branch some time ago for a subrogation. I must say that it was the worst experience I had with a credit institution.
They also made me talk to an Area Manager, never seen such a lack of empathy, the opposite of the person who should create good relationships with the public and attract customers. 100% rudeness. Mah!
Treated like a plague and thank goodness that I also had a good savings profile (eg answer given to me by the "Area Manager" that I have to tell them if I have a good savings profile, certainly not me ").
Never again set foot in this bank and I have fortunately substituted with another bank and have created an excellent and profitable collaboration over time.
NEVER AGAIN BNL: better choose who to do assumes roles of responsibility (the staff who must manage even more branches).
