VERGOGNOSI, sopratutto in questo periodo. Pagati per cosa? Per il NULLA, per un servizio inesistente. Bad service, I spent the whole morning calling for information to avoid moving, NO ONE who answered more than 40 calls. SHAME, especially in this period. Get paid for what? For NOTHING, for a non-existent service.

Sempre stati pessimi, da quando per assoluta necessità devo entrare in questo luogo. Incopetenti e a volte anche cafoni. Bad service. 45 min. on the phone to try to contact a permanent employee. Vorrei vedere se anzichè lavorare in un posto pubblico lavorano con lo stesso disinteresse in un ufficio privato senza esser richiamati dal datore di lavoro I went to send a package, apart from the wait that can be there but if there are 15 people in a line in my opinion it is unprofessional to get up to go and drink coffee in the total disinterest of the people waiting. Personale scortese e arrogante, attualmente ho un contratto con l'ufficio postale dove prevede il fornimento di un particolare tipo di etichette da parte loro e questi per un motivo o l'altro non le hanno. Ciò è grave poichè si viola il contratto firmato. Solo alcuni di loro sono pazienti e vogliosi di risolvere i problemi dei clienti. Worst experience ever in my life. The only word I can describe this place is "EMBARRASSING". Rude and arrogant staff, I currently have a contract with the post office where it requires them to supply a particular type of labels and they for one reason or another do not have them. This is serious as the signed contract is violated. Only some of them are patient and willing to solve customer problems.

Una delle commesse particolarmente arrogante, maleducata e con conoscenza pari a zero di procedure o altro. Da evitare questo ufficio. Forse certe persone sarebbe meglio evitare che stiano a contatto con il pubblico. Mezzi sportelli chiusi, ore e ore per pagare un bollettino. Uno scandalo. E, sentendo le altre persone in coda, infuriate a dir poco, credo di non essere l'unico ad aver avuto questo pensiero ahimè negativo. I'm sorry to give this bad review, as I know almost all the female employees personally, but the service is handled in an obscene way. Half counters closed, hours and hours to pay for a bulletin. A scandal. And, hearing the other people in the queue, angry to say the least, I think I'm not the only one to have had this negative thought alas.
