★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO SERVIZIO CLIENTI. Impiegati maleducati,pedanti e lenti. La peggior posta. O si rifiutano di offrirti il servizio o durante la pratica ti fanno sentire umiliato.
 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude, pedantic and slow employees. The worst post. Either they refuse to offer you the service or they make you feel humiliated during practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo mettere una stella... ne metto due solo perchè mi dispiace abbassare la media delle recensioni (al momento un rispettabilissimo punteggio di 1,8 stelle... probabilmente dovuto al fatto che a qualcuno è scivolato il dito mettendo per errore piu di una stella). Mi esimo dal lasciare un commento, non aggiungerei nulla di nuovo a quanto già scritto nelle altre recensioni

SERVIZIO SCADENTE, VERGOGNATEVI.
The staff does not want to work, it took an employee 20 minutes to eat a candy while there were 50 people in the queue. I literally had time to go to McDonald's and have lunch, despite this I waited more than 1 hour!
POOR SERVICE, SHAME YOU.

I've always had bad experiences but this time really EXCEPTIONAL!
Super punctual, Ms Calogera A. was really nice, courteous and helped me in all my needs.
Trained, competent and helpful staff.
Perhaps the best service found so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che le poste italiane siano il posto dove di questi tempi non vorresti avere bisogno di andare,confermo per l' ennesimo volta il disaggio che creano.
Impiegati che si muovono più lentamente delle lumache, scorbutici, indisponibili ed insensibili verso i clienti.
Devo ritirare una pacchetto piccolissimo. Da 40 min non cambia il numero per ritiri e quello per tutte le operazioni e cambiato 5 volte.
Vorrei vedere gli impiegati al posto nostro a perdere ore o giorni di lavoro per confrontarsi con la loro indolenza.

Given that the Italian post office is the place where you don't want to go these days, I confirm for the umpteenth time the inconvenience they create.
Employees who move slower than snails, grumpy, unavailable and insensitive to customers.
I have to collect a very small package. From 40 min the number for withdrawals does not change and that for all operations has changed 5 times.
I would like to see employees in our place wasting hours or days of work to deal with their indolence.
Bad service !!
