★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio e maleducazione. Ieri ho preso appuntamento per mio marito. H.13:30. Prende apposta un permesso da lavoro. Sta in coda mezz ora perché entra uno per volta, non fanno entrare nemmeno chi ha l appuntamento. Quando è il suo turno gli dicono che sono le 13:35 e loro chiudono 13;30... orario in cui gli han fissato l appuntamento, non lo fanno entrare. Sostengono di averlo chiamato. Peccato che non ci sia traccia ne sul cellulare ne via email. Lo avete chiamato a voce stando dentro al vostro ufficio quan??? Servizio penoso dagli impiegati al direttore che è intervenuto. Era una pratica da 1 minuto visto che l errore è vostro avrete dovuto servirlo. Pessimo ufficio sconsigliato
Bad service and rudeness. Yesterday I made an appointment for my husband. H.13: 30. He takes a work permit on purpose. When it's his turn they tell him it's 1:35 pm and they close 1.30 pm ... the time they set the appointment, they don't let him in. They claim to have called him. Too bad there is no trace on the mobile phone or via email. You called him verbally while inside your office when ??? Painful service from the clerks to the intervening manager. It was a 1 minute practice since the mistake is yours you will have had to serve him. Bad office not recommended

Devennero essere a disposizione del cliente e non viceversa, le persone lavorano non possono perdere una giornata lavorativa per una cosa semplice e sbrigativa.
Non con me personalmente ma assistito a risposte maleducate e scocciate.

They don't answer the phone.
They had to be available to the customer and not vice versa, people who work cannot lose a working day for something simple and hasty.
Not with me personally but witnessed rude and annoyed responses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secondo me sono incompetenti ma con consapevolezza, in quanto in questa filiale non si riesce mai a fare quello che si fa in altre filiali...quindi non hanno voglia di fare! SCONSIGLIATISSIMA!
In my opinion they are incompetent but with awareness, as in this branch you can never do what you do in other branches ... so they don't want to do! NOT RECOMMENDED!
