★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior ufficio postale in cui sia mai stato (ma non ho alternative per il ritiro delle raccomandate)!!!!!!!
Alle ore 12.50 di un giorno lavorativo (mercoledì), su 3 sportelli, 1 solo attivo ed una 15ina di persone in attesa!
Per non parlare del servizio... Tra i/le dipendenti se ne salvano gran poche per modi cordiali ed educazione!
Consiglio: fate qualche chilometro di strada per andare allo sportello di San Massimo, celerità, servizio e grande educazione!
 The worst post office I have ever been to (but I have no alternative for the collection of registered mail) !!!!!!!
At 12.50 on a working day (Wednesday), on 3 counters, 1 only active and 15 people waiting!
Not to mention the service ... Among the employees they save very few for cordial ways and education!
Tip: take a few kilometers to go to the San Massimo counter, speed, service and great education!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 postazioni,di cui 2 costantemente vuote, ed un operatore a far fronte a tutte le persone che entrano, mediamente ne entrano il doppio di quelle che riesce a servire , poco personale e mal distribuito, tanto per fare un esempio, l'ufficio consulenza era vuoto con un dipendente dentro e c'erano 20 persone in fila all'unica cassa aperta, ma io dico, un minimo di buon senso e si esce da li per dare una mano, noooo, figuriamoci, meglio restare li seduti ad ammirare la fila che si allunga ogni minuto, come ha detto bene un altro utente sembrano gli ultimi irriducibili dei vecchi dipendenti statali di una volta..... il mio compito e' da qui a li, il resto non e' compito mio....peggio di cosi non si puo'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatori spesso con la mascherina abbassata mentre parlano tra loro o con i clienti. Accadesse nel privato fioccherebbero le multe e tutti sarebbero indignati. Ma in posta evidentemente si può.
Operators often with their faceplates down while talking to each other or to customers. If it happened in private, the fines would drop and everyone would be indignant. But obviously you can in the mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo vergognoso che nonostante l'ufficio sia aperto (verificato orario) che nell'arco di un ora , chiamato 3 volte e fatto squillare finché non cade la linea , non ci sia nessuno che si degni di rispondere al telefono.
Tra l'altro, sono ormai anni che ci metto piede solo se costretta, perché ci sono dei tempi d'attesa assurdi , meglio pagare tutto il possibile tramite lottomatica .
