★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direttore incompetente in materia ereditaria. Complica le procedure e da due anni attendo una piccola somma giacente dopo aver speso € 400 pet procure e invio documenti dall'estero. Saro costretto ad un esposto alla procura.

Determinate persone che non sono capaci di stare a contatto con il pubblico dovrebbero cambiare lavoro e voi come società dovreste essere più attenti all'operato dei Vostri.
Rude collaborators! Three times they treated me very rudely. Now while living in Dossobuono I will avoid this office and I will advertise badly everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico operatore veramente valido, non riesce da solo a risollevare il disastro che è questo ufficio postale: terribile in tutti i sensi. Non capisco come una persona così gentile e preparata riesca a lavorare con persone così maleducate e incompetenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale educato, a volte anche noi clienti possiamo capire lo stress lavorativo di certi lavori e la struttura, a differenze di altri uffici postali, non fatiscente. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze disponibile.

Personale scortese e indisponente, avevo finito lo scotch a casa per cui non sono riuscita a chiudere il pacco in maniera ottimale e l'operatrice si rifiuta di ritirami il pacco ( sbuffando e alzando gli occhi a cielo ) dicendomi di andarmi a comprare dello scotch al supermercato perché " se ti presto lo scotch a te devo prestarlo anche a tutti gli 80000 clienti" nonostante fossimo in 2 persone all interno, aggiungendo anche che "tutti noi pretendiamo troppo da loro" Questa gente è statale, STATALE! Un pezzo di scotch e un servizio ai limiti della decenza dovrebbe essere il minimo che un servizio pubblico dovrebbe offrire ai cittadini, ma evidentemente qua gli standard sono altri.
Reviews don't lie !! Rude and annoying staff, I had run out of scotch at home so I was unable to close the package in an optimal way and the operator refuses to collect the package for me (puffing and rolling her eyes) telling me to go and buy some scotch at the supermarket because "if I lend you the scotch tape to you I have to lend it to all 80000 customers" even though we were 2 people inside, also adding that "we all expect too much from them" These people are state, state! A piece of scotch and a service bordering on decency should be the least that a public service should offer to citizens, but evidently here the standards are different.
