Pessima esperienza! Cercate di recarvi in qualche altro ufficio perché gli operatori sono terribili, non sono professionali e non sono per niente cortesi. Spiegatemi una cosa: se una persona non può venire al vs ufficio per avere informazioni, cosa deve fare ? Dovreste vergognarvi! Telephone disconnected; it is not ideal given the emergency period we are going through. Make a better impression if you remove it from your site. Per l'addetto sicuramente è più semplice lasciare l'avviso sotto la serranda del negozio (già successo altre volte ) , e non portarsi dietro i pacchi da consegnare , pur sapendo che un'attività / negozio alle ore 15:05 è sicuramente chiuso . Lo sanno anche i bambini di 3 anni . !!! ??? tenta una seconda volta per la consegna , guarda caso alla stessa ora !! ??? . ALLORA SEI DURO DI COMPRENDORIO ??? Tenendo presente che un commerciante ha gli orari più allargati e impegnativi dell'addetto alle consegne , deve chiudere l'attività per poi dopo 3/4 gg. ritirare il pacco all'ufficio affollato e perdere 1 / 2 ore, per nulla . BASTA ORGANIZZARSI E USARE MEGLIO IL GRIGIO . !!!!! As always, BAD parcel delivery service.
