★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza simpatica,acquistato un nuovo occhiale da vista sono tornato sei volte in negozio in due settimane.Tre volte per un problema ad una lente(prima non era alloggiata correttamente nella montatura poi per un alone spacciato inizialmente da loro per sporco ma rivelatosi in seguito un difetto come sostenevo)e altre tre per far raddrizzare la montatura ma senza risultati,l'occhiale era sempre inclinato con conseguente scombussolamento della vista.Mi sono recato in negozio una settima volta chiedendo e ottenendo un rimborso con ovvia restituzione dell'occhiale ma sentendomi dire dal titolare che sono un cliente difficile,perlomeno non mancano di umorismo.Consigliatissimo a chi ha tempo e benzina da buttare.
Nice experience, bought a new eyeglasses, I went back to the shop six times in two weeks.Three times for a lens problem (first it was not properly seated in the frame then for a halo initially passed off by them as dirt but later turned out to be a defect as I claimed) and three more to make the frame straighten but without results, the glasses were always tilted with consequent disruption of the view.I went to the shop a seventh time asking for and obtaining a refund with obvious return of the glasses but hearing myself say from the owner that I am a difficult customer, at least they do not lack humor. Recommended for those who have time and gasoline to throw away.
