★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la prima volta mi sono rivolta a questo punto vendita per il mio acquisto; ero stata precedentemente in uno della stessa catena in un altro centro commerciale, più volte e tutte le volte ne sono uscita scontenta per la poca preparazione ed educazione di chi mi ha seguita.
Al contrario, questa volta, sono tornata a casa super soddisfatta e contenta avendo comprato ciò di cui avevo bisogno (occhiale da vista e da sole) ed una scorta di lenti a contatto per evitare di recarmi nel punto vendita a cui faccio riferimento sopra.
Sono stata seguita da Giulia che, oltre che essere simpaticissima, avermi messa a mio agio ed avermi trasmesso una super energia positiva che di questi tempi non guasta, mi ha anche consigliato e fatto provare delle nuove lenti a contatto in quanto scontenta di quelle che stavo usando dandomi tutte le informazioni del caso.. ed ora continuerò a prendere quelle! (Nell’altro punto vendita hanno continuato a propormi le stesse senza ascoltare le criticità che facevo.. per di più, dalla mia ultima visita mi è stata riscontrata oltre che alla miopia anche l’astigmatismo e mi avevano detto non esistessero lenti che potessero far fronte ad entrambe le cose!).
Inoltre, vista l’emergenza in corso, ho trovato tutto il personale molto attento al rispetto delle disposizioni in vigore.
Senza ombra di dubbio, NEGOZIO CONSIGLIATO!
For the first time I contacted this store for my purchase; I had previously been in one of the same chain in another shopping center, several times and every time I came out unhappy with the lack of preparation and education of those who followed me.
On the contrary, this time, I came home super satisfied and happy having bought what I needed (eyeglasses and sunglasses) and a supply of contact lenses to avoid going to the store I refer to above.
I was followed by Giulia who, in addition to being very nice, putting me at ease and giving me a super positive energy that these days does not hurt, she also advised me and made me try new contact lenses as she was dissatisfied with the ones I was using it giving me all the relevant information .. and now I will continue to take those! (In the other store they continued to offer me the same ones without listening to the critical issues I was doing ... moreover, since my last visit I was found not only myopia but also astigmatism and they told me there were no lenses that could facing both!).
Furthermore, given the current emergency, I found all the staff very attentive to compliance with the provisions in force.
Without a shadow of a doubt, STORE RECOMMENDED!

Ho scelto due paia di occhiali graduati in questo negozio che, dopo due prove, non erano adatti alla mia situazione. Il problema si è risolto grazie a Giulia che ci ha accolti, ha ascoltato le nostre rimostranze e, senza alcun problema ci ha rimborsati integralmente. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato lei, non con tutti gli altri commessi l’esperienza è stata positiva.
My review was initially negative, however I changed my mind. I chose two pairs of prescription glasses in this shop which, after two trials, were not suitable for my situation. The problem was solved thanks to Giulia who welcomed us, listened to our complaints and, without any problem, refunded us in full. Fortunately we found her, the experience was not positive with all the other clerks.

I miei complimenti sopratutto a Giulia, una delle ragazze che ci lavorano, che è molto solare e ti mette a tuo agio nella scelta, ti consiglia al meglio e che con massima disponibilità mi ha seguito anche nel post-vendita. My congratulations especially to Giulia, one of the girls who work there, who is very sunny and puts you at ease in choosing, advises you in the best way and who has followed me with maximum availability even in the after-sales. Sul prodotto nulla da ridire: anche per gli occhiali precedenti mi ero rivolta a loro, li ho da 10 anni e sono ancora come nuovi! Consigliatissimi.
Excellent professionalism from the whole team, especially thanks to Giulia who helped me choose the right glasses with courtesy and patience. Nothing to complain about the product: I had also contacted them for the previous glasses, I have had them for 10 years and they are still as good as new! Highly recommended.
