★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con la mia ultima esperienza penso che non tornerò: l' accoglienza è stata pessima quanto il servizio della commessa che mi ha seguito, poca attenzione alle mie richieste poca disponibilità nell' aiutarmi a trovare quello che cercavo, poca cordialità. A causa di questo sono uscita dal negozio insoddisfatta e di mal umore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella solo perché negli anni passati mi sono trovata bene, ma ultimamente il servizio fa veramente pietà. Personale sempre scocciato sotto un finto sorriso e non sempre preparato. Il servizio clienti post vendita è inesistente e i resi non sono contemplati se non in casi rari.
Il cliente non è minimamente ascoltato
La qualità dei tessuti e dei prodotti è andata diminuendo drasticamente.
Ho ben 3 pantaloni jeans che nel giro di qualche mese hanno dei buchi e sono lisi.
Inoltre perdono colore sulla pelle. A fine giornata le mie gambe sono blu. Non credo sia una cosa normale e da qui si capisce come vengono fatti male.
Dopo tanti anni come cliente non mi vedranno più e sinceramente non lo consiglio a nessuno
I put a star only because in the past years I have been happy, but lately the service is really pitiful. Staff always annoyed under a fake smile and not always prepared. The after sales customer service is non-existent and returns are not contemplated except in rare cases.
The customer is not listened to in the least
The quality of fabrics and products has been decreasing dramatically.
I have 3 jeans that in a few months have holes and are worn out.
They also lose color on the skin. At the end of the day my legs are blue. I don't think it's normal and from here you understand how badly they are done.
After so many years as a customer they won't see me anymore and I honestly don't recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata tempo fa solo per vedere. Ho provato alcuni capi e ho deciso di acquistarne solo uno. La commessa ha fatto pressione perché comperassi più capi. Al mio rifiuto ha insistito in maniera esagerata. Se è stato un brutto periodo per chi vende potrebbe essere un brutto periodo anche per chi acquista. I capi sono belli e di buona qualità ma il costo non è indifferente. Da allora non sono più entrata al negozio perché è sempre presente la stessa commessa (o forse responsabile?) e non mi va di dover discutere su quanti capi acquistare.
I came in a while ago just to see. I tried some items and decided to buy just one. The saleswoman pressed me to buy more items. At my refusal he insisted exaggeratedly. If it was a bad time for the seller, it could also be a bad time for the buyer. The garments are beautiful and of good quality but the cost is not indifferent.
