★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non risponde nessuno. hanno consegnato un avviso di giacenza il 31 marzo, indicando come punto di ritiro un ufficio chiuso il 12 marzo.
l'avviso non indica nemmeno mittente\ riferimenti della spedizione. e come fa uno a recuperare la sua corrispondenza???
 nobody answers. they delivered a stock notice on March 31, indicating an office closed on March 12 as the pick-up point.
the notice does not even indicate sender \ shipment references. and how does one recover his correspondence ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendevo un pacco per oggi e in effetti un pacco hanno consegnato. Ricevo su Amazon che il pacco è stato consegnato dalle poste ma in realtà oggi non è passato davvero nessuno. Non è la prima volta che capita con le poste italiane ... All' ufficio reclami mi dicono che osservando la cronologia di consegna è materialmente impossibile che possano essere passati a consegnare. AL TELEFONO NON RISPONDE NESSUNO. PROFESSIONALITA' ITALIANA DI GRANDE LIVELLO BUON LAVORO.
I was expecting a parcel for today and indeed a parcel have delivered. I receive on Amazon that the parcel was delivered by the post office but in reality nobody really passed by today. It is not the first time that has happened with the Italian post office ... At the complaints office they tell me that observing the delivery history it is physically impossible that they could be passed on to deliver. NO ONE ANSWERS TO THE PHONE. ITALIAN PROFESSIONALISM OF GREAT LEVEL GOOD WORK.

Non si sono nemmeno sprecati di mettere l'avviso nella cassetta della posta.
They pretended to attempt a delivery, at a time when I was home with my husband. We were waiting for the package, therefore in a vigilant attitude!
They didn't even bother putting the notice in the mailbox.

Raccomandata.
Risultava consegnata ieri 19/11/2021 alle 9.45. Fisicamente non c'era. In serata scopro che giace nella piccola cassetta delle lettere dell'azienda per cui lavoro. L'azienda fa il seguente orario: 7.30-12.00 e 13.30-18.30.
Il plico conteneva un oggetto di valore e il mittente ha speso 8,05 euro per il servizio.
Vorrei sapere chi ha firmato l'avvenuta consegna della raccomandata (sicuramente il portalettere) ed esigo che vengano presi i giusti provvedimenti.
Il servizio reclami poste on line da sempre "errore generico". Invierò raccomandata (sperando che la ricevano)

It was delivered yesterday 19/11/2021 at 9.45. Physically it wasn't there. In the evening I discover that he is lying in the small mailbox of the company I work for. The company operates the following hours: 7.30-12.00 and 13.30-18.30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI!!! Terza volta che dicono che hanno fatto il tentativo di consegna del pacco e non è vero. Questa mattina dicono che hanno tentato la consegna alle 9,34 FALSO!!! in casa eravamo in 6, e nessuno è sordo. Se non bastasse ho la telecamera che dimostra la non consegna.
Tento da due ore di chiamare al numero indicato e ovviamente nessuno risponde. CAMBIATE LAVORO!!!

Comunque io ora ho un avviso di raccomandata illeggibile e dopo aver fatto un inutile tour delle poste, mi hanno detto di chiamare il numero 803160. Io ci ho provato, ho perso tanto tempo e non ho risolto il problema. Poste italiane offre un servizio gravemente insufficiente.
Nobody answers the phone number, nobody. IT IS CLOSED, it is no longer a registered delivery office. However, I now have an illegible registered letter and after taking a useless tour of the post office, they told me to call 803160. I tried, I lost a lot of time and I didn't solve the problem. Poste Italiane offers a seriously insufficient service.
