★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedo perché dopo anni che un’itera città metropolitana continui a lamentarsi dell’inefficienza del personale di quell’ufficio, non abbiano ancora preso provvedimenti a cambiare il personale.
La completa mancanza di professionalità ed serietà.
Tutto il personale degli sportelli sono maleducati a livelli estremi e ti trattano come se ti stessero facendo un favore.
Insultano i clienti, li trattano con arroganza e ignoranza.
Tralasciando che non c’e una sola volta che qualcuno non esca da li urlando o non finisca con il litigare con gli addetti agli sportelli.
 I wonder why after years that an entire metropolitan city continues to complain about the inefficiency of the staff of that office, they have not yet taken steps to change staff.
The complete lack of professionalism and seriousness.
All the counter staff are rude to the extreme and treat you as if they are doing you a favor.
They insult customers, treat them with arrogance and ignorance.
