SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE
I called for information about a shop rental and Mr. Nicola

Ho chiamato per un appartamento, ho visionato e aspettavo una risposta in quanto c era prima un’altra persona.
Poi mi viene detto che L ‘appartamento è stato dato giustamente a chi la visionato prima.
Poi scopro che L ‘appartamento è ancora libero e che potevo vederlo.
In tutto ciò sono stata presa per i fondelli perché L ‘appartamento era per il mio moroso che è straniero, con un contratto indeterminato (requisiti che chiedevano nell’annuncio). Quindi un consiglio specificate nell’annuncio che oltre ad avere un contratto indeterminato non viene affittato a stranieri, così non facciamo perdere tempo ad entrambi.
Anch’io sono un imprenditrice e per me i clienti sono tutti uguali. Siamo nel 2022
Hello I'm sorry to do this bad review but unfortunately I had a bad experience. I do not mention the name of the person I had in contact.
I called for an apartment, viewed and was waiting for an answer as there was another person first.
Then I am told that the apartment was rightly given to those who viewed it first.
Then I discover that the apartment is still free and that I could see it.
In all this, I was taken for a ride because the apartment was for my boyfriend who is a foreigner, with a permanent contract (requirements they asked for in the ad). So a piece of advice specified in the announcement that in addition to having a permanent contract is not rented to foreigners, so we don't waste time for both of us.
I too am an entrepreneur and for me the customers are all the same. We are in 2022
