Devo dire che ho trovato uno staff davvero professionale e pronto ad ogni nostra necessità.
Io personalmente ho avuto a che fare con Daniele,un ragazzo di 20 anni,molto disponibile e preparato. Mi ha venduto la casa nel giro di due settimane e me ne ha fatta comprare un'altra a Cesate nello stesso tempo.

My family and I decided to put our house up for sale and to do so we relied on Tecnocasa di Garbagnate Milanese.
I must say that I have found a truly professional staff ready for our every need.
I personally had to deal with Daniele, a 20 year old boy, very helpful and prepared. He sold me the house in two weeks and made me buy another one in Cesate at the same time.
Tecnocasa number one!

Highly recommended. We bought a house with the Tecnocasa agency and we were very satisfied. We were followed by real estate agent Francesco Gualtieri, an exquisite, serious and definitely competent person. He managed the practice in a way that was always correct and respectful for both parties (ours and that of the seller). Da subito hanno mostrato serietà e professionalità prendendo sul serio la mia richiesta (cosa che non fanno tutti!) e facendo il possibile per venire incontro alle mie richieste tenendomi informata tempestivamente degli aggiornamenti e occupandosi loro per tutto. Chiusa la pratica si sono mostrati disponibili, nonostante non avessero nessun interesse ormai nel farlo.
La consiglierei a chiunque?

I was followed for the purchase mainly by Daniele, with the support of Simone and Francesco. They immediately showed seriousness and professionalism by taking my request seriously (which not everyone does!) And doing everything possible to meet my requests by keeping me informed promptly of updates and taking care of them for everything. Closed the practice they showed themselves available, although they had no interest now in doing so.
I would recommend it to anyone?
