Mi hanno confermato di aver ricevuto la mail ( un mese prima) e che il giorno dopo mi avrebbero mandato l'offerta. Due giorni dopo non avendo ricevuto nulla ho richiamato. Mi dicono di aspettare il giorno dopo. Ad oggi ancora aspetto. Comportamento non professionale
I requested a quote by email. After a month without an answer, I called and requested the quote again. They confirmed that they had received the email (a month earlier) and that the day after they would send me the offer. Two days later, having received nothing, I called back. They tell me to wait the next day. To this day I still wait. Unprofessional behavior
