The chef Umberto is very kind, he has a lot of knowledge and he is always there, ready to explain the Sicilian culture that is behind each recipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice restaurant with great staff! Everyone was so accommodating and nice. And of course pet friendly. There is English speaking staff as well. The food was so good. If you’re in the mood for some sushi, definitely come here. The hand roll and specialty rolls that we had were so good and fresh. The squid ink spaghetti was a great dish. delicious and unique if you’ve never had it before. Don’t worry, your teeth don’t stay black. They even gave us these little
Bibs (maybe a tourist thing). Wine choice was huge too! Definitely highly recommend eating here while in Trapani!
