β β β β β Pizzeria Stefy is my favorite place in Sicily for authentic pizza. The family are great cooks and know what they are doing to make their hungry customers satisfied and pleased. This is a favored place for people visiting from Ireland. The owners have often visited Ireland (and the US) and speak perfect English. Recommended.

β β β β β Best pizza in Trapani partly because of the way they handle the dough by letting it rest extra. I can recommend the pizza "Stefy".
It is a family owned and run pizzeria, and you have to look far to find a more friendly and warm family. I come here every time I am in Trapani.

β β β β β The basic pizza was just correct but their specialty (a pizza with seafood and bread crumbs) was very dry and salty. The Nero dβAvola wine was terrible (but very cheap but I would have been happy to enjoy a better one for some euros more). Service is also very slow. So overal, I would not recommend this place.

β β β β β The pizza is ok. We took an Atturrata (really salty. I did like it, but if you do not like salty food this pizza is not for you) and a Duca d'Aosta. The dough used is slightly different from the usual Italian pizza.
The service is to be improved. The waiters preferred to spend time talking among them or caressing dogs than taking a look at the tables.
