Premesso che il problema si è verificato in fuoristrada a circa 1 km dalla strada asfaltata e a 35 minuti dalla loro sede, alle 17:50 il loro dipendente "Leo" si è presentato con gomma e cerchio della mia misura per consentirmi di ripartire, portando via quella danneggiata per la riparazione, avvenuta l'indomami. La spesa sostenuta è stata piu' che onesta. GRAZIE!
5 stars are few ... I had to request their intervention on 20 August at 5 pm for a flat tire that cannot be repaired with the kit. Given that the problem occurred off-road about 1 km from the paved road and 35 minutes from their headquarters, at 5:50 pm their employee "Leo" showed up with a tire and rim of my size to allow me to start again, taking away the one damaged for the repair, the indomami occurred. The expense incurred was more than honest. THANK YOU!

Se potevo venire di persona magari non avrei chiamato.. non comprendo questo tipo di politica.. magari sono io che non ci arrivo eh! Tutto può essere.. ma sicuro avete perso una vendita!
Called for the costs of 4 tires and asking for availability, I am told that they do not give prices by phone .. so how should I choose? If I could come in person maybe I wouldn't have called .. I don't understand this kind of politics .. maybe it's me who can't get there eh! Anything can be .. but sure you have lost a sale!
