A	Ang Bas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO!!!È la mia prima recensione in assoluto ma non potevo non farla e scusate, ma voglio essere dettagliato! Personale gentile e professionale. Scorrettezza assoluta da parte del titolare per guadagnare anche solo 10€ in più! Dovevo cambiare due gomme usurate alla mia auto, ho chiesto il prezzo direttamente in officina ma la signora (moglie del proprietario) non ha saputo dirmi quindi mi chiede il nr di telefono per farmi contattare (gentile). Mi contatta il titolare e mi dice: per 4 gomme 45€. Faccio presente che devo cambiare solo 2 gomme al che: 11,50 per gomma prezzo "finito" iva inclusa nel caso volessi fattura. Ho cambiato le gomme e sorpresa: 40€!!! Stesso prezzo di chi cambia 4 gomme. Quando faccio presente del prezzo comunicato precedentemente al telefono inizia con: c'è l'equilibratura, smaltimento e bla bla... IPOCRITA e..... In tutto questo la precedente gentilezza della moglie del titolare è andata a farsi benedire! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!! AWFUL !!! It is my first review ever but I could not help it and sorry, but I want to be detailed! Polite and professional staff. Absolute unfairness on the part of the owner to earn even just € 10 more! I had to change two worn tires on my car, I asked for the price directly in the workshop but the lady (the owner's wife) couldn't tell me so she asks me for the phone number to make me contact (kindly). The owner contacts me and tells me: for 4 tires € 45. Please note that I only have to change 2 tires: 11.50 per tire "finished" price including VAT if you want an invoice. I changed the tires and surprise: 40 € !!! Same price as those who change 4 tires. When I mention the price previously communicated on the phone it starts with: there is balancing, disposal and blah blah ... HYPOCRITA and ..... In all this the previous kindness of the owner's wife went to be blessed! Vettonia !!!!!

La signorina mi riferisce che per una semplice bucatura il costo era di 10 euro, salvo imprevisti ma potevo arrivare massimo a 15 euro. Il proprietario, un signore anziano, mi controlla la ruota bucata e mi dice se la volevo completamente sostituirla. Con un no secco, gli dico che volevo semplicemente la riparazione, e, con un atteggiamento stizzoso, mi liquida dicendomi che la macchina sarebbe stata pronta alle 17.30. Quando sono arrivato all’ora prevista mi presenta un conto di 27 euro. Rimango completamente basito e paleso subito il mio disappunto, affermando che era troppo esagerato. (non è l prima volta che si buca una ruota). Oltre l’atteggiamento poco cordiale i prezzi sono estremamente esagerati, pertanto, pago il conto è dico al proprietario che non sarei mai più andato da lui, per qualsiasi altro servizio. The owner, an elderly man, checks my flat wheel and tells me if I wanted to completely replace it. With a sharp no, I tell him that I simply wanted the repair, and, with an angry attitude, he dismisses me by telling me that the car would be ready at 5.30. Prezzo un po' più alto della media ma non caro e comunque proporzionato al livello della struttura. Expertise and quick service. Il proprietario mi ha ridato la moto come si vede nella foto dopo due ore perché non sapeva rimontarla, dicendomi, che se tanto rimanevo a piedi andando dal meccanico (che avrebbe dovuto rimontarla) potevo chiamare il carro attrezzi, che secondo lui era gratis non so per quale motivo. Ovviamente è saltata la catena dopo poco. Quando il meccanico (quello serio) ha visto la moto ha detto che ero pazzo a camminare in quel modo. Mai più. Giudicate voi.
