La consiglio vivamente a tutti perché prezzo e qualità camminano alla pari ..... Complimenti ???? Excellent workshop complete with everything, equipped with great professionalism, education and knowledge of the subject, not improvised people. I have changed tires and cutting general, they have all using products at the Top !!! Honest and helpful people, all in a very clean and cared for in every detail !!! I highly recommend it to everyone because price and quality are on a par with ..... Congratulations ????

Difficile trovare di meglio. Se avro' la necessita' tornero' da loro sicuramente. Fast, punctual, very professional, very friendly, competitive prices. I had the LPG cylinder replaced on my Peugeot 207. Difficult to find better. If I have the need I will definitely come back to them.
L	Leonardo Carignani di Novoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso l'officina Grim Auto in data odierna (31 ottobre 2020) per effettuare la revisione alla mia auto. Dopo aver posizionato la vettura sui rulli, è stata fatta la prova di frenata ma, per un guasto del banco, i dati non erano validi. La prova è stata tentata quattro volte (infruttuosamente), con conseguente perdita di tempo per il sottoscritto e inutili stress per l'auto. Alla mia richiesta di interrompere la revisione, così da consentirmi di farla in altro luogo meglio attrezzato, si sono rifiutati di annullarla e di riconsegnarmi il libretto, nonostante fosse palese e da loro riconosciuto il malfunzionamento dei loro apparati. Alla fine, solo alzando i toni, sono riuscito a farmi ridare i documenti e a sospendere la prova. Mentre mi accingevo ad andarmene, si è presentato un meccanico di età avanzata che ha iniziato, con voce ingiustificatamente arrogante e arrabbiata, ad attaccarmi e ad invitarmi a non fare la revisione, di tenere la mia auto "sotto una campana di vetro" (cit.) In primis, trovo inconcepibile che, alla mia richiesta di interruzione della pratica dovuta a un loro problema, abbiano minacciato di non restituirmi il libretto. In secondo luogo mal tollero che mi si venga a dire come devo tenere la mia auto, dopo che una prova viene ripetuta quattro volte senza nessun esito. Certamente, dopo tanta arroganza e maleducazione, non mi vedranno mai più. E pensare che ero cliente e che nelle scorse settimane avevo portato altre due auto a fare la revisione da loro. I went to the Grim Auto workshop today (31 October 2020) to have my car checked. After placing the car on the rollers, the braking test was carried out but, due to a breakdown of the bench, the data was not valid. The test was attempted four times (unsuccessfully), resulting in a waste of time for myself and unnecessary stress for the car. At my request to interrupt the revision, so as to allow me to do it in another better equipped place, they refused to cancel it and return the booklet to me, despite the fact that the malfunction of their equipment was evident and recognized by them. In the end, only by raising the tone, I managed to get the documents back and suspend the test. As I was about to leave, an elderly mechanic showed up who started, with an unjustifiably arrogant and angry voice, attacking me and inviting me not to do the revision, to keep my car "under a glass bell" (cit .) First of all, I find it inconceivable that, at my request to stop the file due to their problem, they threatened not to give me back the booklet. Secondly, I do not tolerate being told how to keep my car, after a test is repeated four times without any result. Of course, after so much arrogance and rudeness, they will never see me again. And to think that I was a customer and that in the past few weeks I had brought two other cars to have them inspected.

Siamo arrivati quasi ad orario di chiusura e loro molto gentilmente ce l hanno subito fatta, in quanto alle 2 svevamo il traghetto per ischia.
