Il personale è molto gentile e preparato.
Vi consiglio assolutamente di provare la loro specialità che ho fotografato. I via col vento. Una delizia di cui non riuscirete mai più a fare a meno.

Sulla qualità non si discute ma oggi ho assistito ad un episodio che ha accresciuto la mia considerazione su questo esercente. Una cliente, dall'accento evidentemente extraregionale, squisitamente settentrionale, si è decisamente risentita e ha mostrato il suo disappunto al gestore, perché lo stesso le ha negato l'accesso in sala al tavolo per mancanza di greenpass. Probabilmente la stessa, forte dei soliti luoghi comuni, corroborati dalle rappresentazioni televisive, pensava che qui potesse fare come voleva, senza alcuna regola. Complimenti sentiti quindi al gestore del locale che, a costo di perdere un cliente, ha preteso il rispetto delle regole e ha, a sua volta, rispettato i regolamenti. Un monito invece a quei clienti che si sentono liberi a prescindere, a discapito di quelli che, al contrario, si conquistano ogni giorno, con le scelte, la libertà.
EXCEPTIONAL IN QUALITY AND GREAT PROFESSIONALISM.
There is no question of quality but today I witnessed an episode that has increased my consideration on this shopkeeper. A customer, with an evidently extra-regional accent, exquisitely northern, was decidedly resentful and showed her disappointment to the manager, because he denied her access to the table for lack of greenpass. Probably the same, strong of the usual clichés, corroborated by television representations, she thought that here she could do as she wanted, without any rules. Congratulations to the manager of the restaurant who, at the cost of losing a customer, demanded compliance with the rules and, in turn, respected the regulations. A warning instead to those customers who feel free regardless, to the detriment of those who, on the contrary, conquer freedom every day, with choices.
