★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dolci che rasentano il pessimo, non è la prima volta che li provo, ma poiché in estate ho preso un babà ed era buono ho voluto provare nuovamente con le sfogliatelle che già avevano deluso in passato. Purtroppo sono peggiorate ancora, la frolla era biscottata ed il ripieno era una pastocchia all'arancia che sapeva solo di cedro (messo in pezzi enormi). La testa di moro aveva un sapore strano, e la mini sbrisolona era sempre più vicina ad un biscotto che alla pasta frolla. Crema al pistacchio : ?. Dulcis in fundo personale senza un minimo di garbo e neanche l'accenno di un sorriso. Se sei dietro ad un banco di un esercizio commerciale, per quanti cavoletti possano ballarti nella testa non dico che devi sorridere per forza, ma quantomeno mostrare un minimo di pazienza e affabilità... e un ultimo consiglio, cambiate il pasticciere!
