Sul biglietto da visita é (giustamente) specificato di disdire con almeno 24 ore di preavviso: peccato però che nonostante avessi dovuto chiamare mia madre per tenere mio figlio neonato fino all'ora che avrebbe dovuto mangiare (le 18:30) alle 17:50 (piu di mezz'ora di attesa) sono dovuta andare via perché la cliente prima di me era arrivata con molto ritardo. Avevano il mio numero di telefono e avrei gradito essere avvisata per potermi organizzare. Assoluta mancanza di professionalità. Assolutamente da sconsigliare.
I made an appointment Tuesday for Saturday afternoon at 5.15pm. I'm leaving tomorrow and I needed a pedicure and a change of nail polish. On the business card it is (rightly) specified to cancel with at least 24 hours notice: it is a pity, however, that despite having had to call my mother to keep my newborn son until the time he should have eaten (6:30 pm) at 5:50 pm (more than half an hour of waiting) I had to leave because the client before me had arrived very late. They had my phone number and I would have appreciated being notified so that I could arrange. Absolute lack of professionalism. Absolutely not recommended.
