ABBIAMO VISSUTO UNA DISAVVENTURA UNA VOLTA ARRIVATI A CAPRI (META CHE CI ERA STATA CONSIGLIATA DI VISITARE DALLA SIG.RA TERESA ALL'INFOPOINT). UNA VOLTA ARRIVATI AI FARAGLIONI ABBIAMO MESSO LA BARCA IN FOLLE PER POTER FARE QUALCHE FOTO ALLA VISTA MOZZAFIATO, QUANDO SIAMO ANDATI AD ACCENDERE LA BARCA , QUEST'ULTIMA NON PARTIVA PIU'. ABBIAMO CHIAMATO IMMEDIATAMENTE IL NOLEGGIO PER CHIEDERE AIUTO PERCHE' NEL FRATTEMPO LE ONDE CI STAVANO SPINGENDO CONTRO AI FARAGLIONI, MA LA RAGAZZA CHE HA RISPOSTO CI HANNO DETTO DI RICHIAMARE PERCHE' IN QUEL MOMENTO NON C'ERA NESSUNO CHE CI AVREBBE POTUTI AIUTARE, PERCIO' ABBIAMO DOVUTO ARRANGIARCI DA SOLI E CHIEDERE AIUTO ALLE BARCHE PASSANTI. UNA VOLTA RIUSCITI A METTERCI IN SALVO E ABBIAMO DOVUTO ASPETTARE 3 ORE SOTTO IL SOLE ASPETTANDO IL SOCCORSO DEL PONTILE IL FARO. IL TECNICO HA CONSTATATO CHE IL MOTORE SI ERA INCEPPATO E PER FARLO RIPARTIRE HA DATO DUE MARTELLATE AL MOTORE DI AVVIAMNETO. OVVIAMNETE NON CI HANNO RISARCITO IL DANNO E NON CI HANNO RESTITUTITO NEMMENO UN EURO! NON CI HANNO SOLO FATTO PAGARE LA BENZINA, MA ERA IL MINIMO VISTO CI HANNO NOLEGGIATO UNA BARCA DANNEGGIATA! SELEZIONO UNA STELLA PERCHE' 0 NON E' POSSIBILE! EXPERIENCE TO DIRECT LITTLE HORRENDA, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! WE HAVE EXPERIENCED A DISADVENTURE ONCE ARRIVED IN CAPRI (A DESTINATION THAT WE WERE RECOMMENDED TO VISIT BY MRS. TERESA AT THE INFOPOINT). ONCE ARRIVED AT THE FARAGLIONI WE PUT THE BOAT IN NEUTRAL TO BE ABLE TO TAKE A FEW PICTURES OF THE BREATHTAKING VIEW, WHEN WE WENT TO TURN ON THE BOAT, THE LAST WAS NOT STARTING ANYMORE. WE CALLED THE RENTAL IMMEDIATELY TO ASK FOR HELP BECAUSE IN THE MEANWHILE THE WAVES WERE PUSHING US AGAINST THE FARAGLIONI, BUT THE GIRL WHO ANSWERED TELL US TO CALL BACK BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ONE WHO COULD HELP US AT THAT MOMENT WE HAD TO ARRANGE ALONE AND ASK FOR HELP FROM THE PASSING BOATS. ONCE YOU WERE ABLE TO SAVE US AND WE HAD TO WAIT 3 HOURS UNDER THE SUN WAITING FOR THE AID OF THE PONTILE IL FARO. THE TECHNICIAN HAS FOUND THAT THE ENGINE WAS JAMED AND TO GET IT STARTING UP, THE ENGINE STARTED TWO HAMMERS. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NOT COMPENSATED FOR THE DAMAGE AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED US EVEN ONE EURO! THEY DID NOT ONLY MAKE US TO PAY FOR THE GASOLINE, BUT IT WAS THE MINIMUM SEEN THEY HIRED US A DAMAGED BOAT! I SELECT A STAR BECAUSE 0 IS NOT POSSIBLE!
A	Anastasia Bernard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super journée entre amies, ANTONIO notre pilote a été parfait durant cette journée, il nous a fait visiter tout le long de la côte, nous a conseillé un bon restaurant et nous a arrêté dans plusieurs très beaux endroits pour photos et baignade ! Super day with friends, ANTONIO our pilot was perfect during this day, he showed us all along the coast, advised us a good restaurant and stopped us in several very beautiful places for photos and swimming!

All'inizio tutto bene, lo staff dell'info info point impeccabile, altrettanto il ragazzo che ci ha spiegato il funzionamento della barca. Teresa (la donna che stava all'info point) ci ha consigliato un itinerario e, dunque, per prima cosa di arrivare a Positano e poi tornando indietro di costeggiare Minori e Maiori. Peccato che appena usciti dalla zona portuale ci siamo trovati davanti ad un mare indecente. Dopo circa un'ora e mezzo di onde abbiamo riportato la barca al pontile e come noi (ovviamente) molti altri. Come se non bastasse, dopo aver riportato la barca ad un'ora e mezzo dalla partenza (dovevamo tenerla dalle 9:00 alle 18:00) non solo hanno incassato i precedenti soldi pagati, ma si sono aggiunti altri 15 euro di carburante. Finisco dicendo che a fine "corsa" quando (ovviamente) mi sono andata a lamentare della loro mancata onestà con Teresa, lei se ne esce dicendo :" Ah ma non ve l'avevamo detto che il mare stava mosso?" Metto una stella, perché con 0 non posso recensire. Terrifying experience. We hired a boat this morning for the first time. At first everything was fine, the staff at the info info point were impeccable, as was the guy who explained the operation of the boat to us. Teresa (the woman who was at the info point) advised us on an itinerary and, therefore, first of all to arrive in Positano and then returning back to skirt Minori and Maiori. Too bad that as soon as we left the port area we found ourselves in front of an indecent sea. After about an hour and a half of waves we brought the boat back to the dock and like us (obviously) many others. As if that were not enough, after having brought the boat back to an hour and a half before departure (we had to keep it from 9:00 to 18:00) not only have they collected the previous money paid, but they have added another 15 euros of fuel. I finish by saying that at the end of the "ride" when (obviously) I went to complain about their lack of honesty with Teresa, she comes out saying: "Ah, didn't we tell you that the sea was rough?" I put a star, because with 0 I can't review.

La signora Vittoria e il suo staff sono super gentili, ci hanno spiegato tutto quanto prima dell'uscita in barca e sono sempre stati reperibili per qualsiasi chiarimento o dubbio. Nonostante non fossimo esperte, ci siamo divertite tantissimo e abbiamo visto calette super! Esperienza da fare se si è in vacanza in costiera. I rented a boat with my friends. Mrs Vittoria and her staff are super nice, they explained everything to us as soon as possible before the boat trip and they were always available for any clarification or doubt. Although we were not experts, we had a great time and we saw super coves! Experience to do if you are on holiday on the coast.
