Not very serious, they took us to the emerald cave and after an hour of waiting under the sun to enter the cave we had to wait the same for them to pick us up and take us back. Absolutely unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience. Our family arrived with no concrete plans and headed towards an area with a few boats docked. A couple of gentlemen talked to us about rides they were offering. We were a group with three adults and five kids, ages 9 and under. We chose a hour-long tour so we wouldn't be stuck out on a boat all day in case the kids got tired. Lucca did a great job explaining all of the areas that we passed by. Our kids had a blast and hands down it was the best part of our entire trip. The crew was very helpful. We will be back, that's for sure.
