★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizzas are great and is very close to Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The owner does not seem to speak English, which can be interpreted as rudeness. Don't worry, the other waiters are very nice and will provide you with anything you want. Service was quick and easy. Mind that the drinks are quite expensive. Overall, It's a nice option :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to lunch here while spending our day in Vatican City. Located just across the bridge from Castel San Angeles, this is a great spot for a quick and delicious meal. We had iced tea, rigatoni bolognese, and lasagna bolognese. The meals were filling but not to the point where we couldn't continue our touring for the day...the perfect portions!

The staff were very friendly and it was nice to sit outside under the shade with some wine and a pizza. The meal was well priced and hit the spot as I was absolutely starving!
It was quite a quiet time of day but they still made me feel welcome eating alone which some places do not. Grazie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure what happened to this place but their pizza quality has diminished significantly. We first ate here about 10 years ago and loved their food. We visited in mid December 2021 and had pizza. It was really not good. It was a completely different pizza from what they used to serve. It had no real taste. The sauce was bland as was the cheese. I’ve attached before and after pics of their pizzas. I really hope they return to their old style of pizza making. I will say that their service was good and they are very kind…as always.
