★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely area overlooking the hospital and water. Tons of graffiti but at sunset it was very beautiful. We sat for close to an hour just looking around. If you like little areas that seem like a pocket of the city, find the stairs down and take a seat and enjoy the city. Probably will go again if we have the chance.
