Sconsigliatissimi Poor armchairs .... non-existent assistance service, practically nothing is included in the warranty as long as they answer the phone ... Not recommended

G	Giovanna Delrio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima qualità dei tessuti,dopo due mesi la mia poltrona in tessuto ecopelle si è subito rovita,ho contattato il venditore dopo averle inviato anche le foto,visto che avevo 5 anni di garanzia per il tessuto,la risposta è stata che loro nn avevano dato nessuna garanzia,mi hanno risposto in modo maleducato e alla fine mi hanno chiuso il telefono ,sono dei truffatori,disonesti sconsiglio l aquisto in quest azienda ,altre persone hanno avuto lo stesso mio.problema Bad quality of the fabrics, after two months my armchair in faux leather fabric was immediately ruined, I contacted the seller after sending her the photos as well, since I had a 5-year guarantee for the fabric, the answer was that they had not given no guarantee, they answered me in a rude way and in the end they closed my phone, they are scammers, dishonest I do not recommend buying in this company, other people have had the same problem as mine.

Dopo circa un anno si rompe un motore alla mia poltrona relax e non solo non rientra in garanzia ma nemmeno ti danno spiegazioni, non rispondendo mai al numero dedicato all' assistenza. Non dovrebbe essere trattato così un consumatore. NON COMPRATE POLTRONE RC!!! Armchair of bad quality and I add bad company seriousness. After about a year, an engine in my relaxation chair breaks and not only is it not covered by the warranty, but it doesn't even give you explanations, never answering the number dedicated to assistance. A consumer should not be treated like this. DO NOT BUY RC ARMCHAIRS !!!
