Ci tenevo a complimentarmi per l'accoglienza, la professionalità e la gentilezza della signora Luciana che è stata così graziosa che ho acquistato il divano grazie a lei il giorno dopo essere stata da lei a Pesaro e nonostante avessi visto un modello simile in un altro negozio concorrenziale che mi piaceva. Visto che mi piacevano entrambi e avevano un prezzo simile ho deciso di scegliere Federici sofa per le qualità che ho già elencato all'inizio della signora Luciana, che mi hanno dato più fiducia e soddisfatto rispetto all'altro. Per l'acquisto mi sono recata nella filiale di Fano per motivi di vicinanza rispetto a dove abito dove ho concluso con un ragazzo ugualmente professionale e disponibili. Spero che quando arriverà il divano sia all'altezza delle aspettative e del personale che lo presenta ma credo di sì! E speriamo arrivi presto così vi farò una recensione anche sul Divano e sulla consegna, sia come tempi che come servizio? Montato in 5 minuti e se ne sono andati lasciando il piedino centrale tutto storto, che forzando con la mano si è posizionato correttamente, sperando di non aver rovinato nulla.
