★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio dove acquistare qualsiasi utensile anche la ferramenta è ben fornita ma purtroppo non hanno quasi nulla per quanto riguarda la ferramenta utile per il legno e la falegnameria personale professionale e ben preparato ,buoni i prezzi.
 Excellent shop where to buy any utensil even the hardware is well stocked but unfortunately they have almost nothing regarding the useful hardware for wood and the professional and well-trained personal carpentry, good prices.

Per avere un metro di tubo, devo acquistare una barra da 6(sei)metri.A parte il problema per il trasporto(una barra da sei metri dove la carichi se non hai un furgone) e poi con il resto del tubo che ci faccio. Perciò ritengo che a queste condizioni non sia proprio un grande affare
I don't like the system! To have a meter of pipe, I have to buy a 6 (six) meter bar. Apart from the problem with transport (a six meter bar where you load it if you don't have a van) and then with the rest of the tube I do . So I think that in these conditions is not really a big deal

Nello showroom sono cortesi così come in magazzino ma le aspettative vengono tradite nelle fasi successive.
Ci siamo rivolti a Mancini per sanitari e mobilio chiedendo espressamente più di un preventivo perché la casa è stata appena comprata e le spese sono tante.
Ci perviene un solo preventivo oltretutto su materiale di fascia alta, di un 16-18% più caro rispetto a quello di un altro negozio che vende su internet i medesimi articoli; accettiamo perché invogliati dalla promessa di avere un trattamento di riguardo, insomma ci viene promesso uno sconto sostanzioso.
Purtroppo però arrivata la merce non c'è stato applicato nessuno sconto, non solo, ma nella fattura erano anche segnati i centesimi.
Ormai la merce era stata ordinata e consegnata quindi ci siamo trovati obbligati a pagare.
Comportamento estremamente scorretto.

We turned to Mancini for bathroom fixtures and furniture expressly asking for more than a quote because the house has just been bought and the costs are many.
We only get one quote on high-end material, 16-18% more expensive than that of another shop that sells the same items on the internet; we accept because enticed by the promise of having a special treatment, in short, we are promised a substantial discount.
Unfortunately, however, when the goods arrived, no discount was applied, not only that, but the cents were also marked on the invoice.
By now the goods had been ordered and delivered so we found ourselves obliged to pay.
Extremely incorrect behavior.
