★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande delusione da questo negozio che oramai sembra reggersi solo sui ricordi di lontani trascorsi! Dovendo sostituire le due ruote anteriori di una poltroncina (Frau EGO MEETING by Paolo Pininfarina) ci siamo rivolti con telefonate ed e-mail a questo punto vendita presso cui la comprammo alcuni anni addietro. Non ricevendo risposta alla nostra garbata richiesta inoltrata via email il 14 ottobre, abbiamo telefonato in ditta il 22 ottobre; ci è stato detto di non avere mai ricevuto nostra corrispondenza; allora in quello stesso giorno abbiamo provveduto a ri-inviare la e-mail. Ci hanno finalmente risposto dicendo di avere provveduto all’ ordine delle due ruotine, le quali sarebbero arrivate dopo 20 giorni, vale a dire verso il 12 novembre. Abbiamo atteso invano notizie, infine il 26 novembre, quindi oltre un mese dopo il loro ordine, abbiamo scritto un’ultima email dicendo di annullare la richiesta e di provvedere personalmente in altro nodo alla riparazione della poltrona. Cosa che puntualmente è avvenuta, grazie alla esperienza e buona volontà di un artigiano locale. Conclusione: assistenza e supporto nulli! La Qualità Globale è qualcosa di diverso e più impegnativo della esibizione di grandi marche in vetrina..
Great disappointment from this shop that now seems to be based only on the memories of distant past! Having to replace the two front wheels of an armchair (Frau EGO MEETING by Paolo Pininfarina), we contacted this store where we bought it a few years ago with phone calls and e-mails. Not receiving an answer to our polite request sent via email on October 14th, we phoned the company on October 22nd; we have been told that we have never received any correspondence from us; then on that same day we proceeded to re-send the e-mail. They finally responded by saying that they had ordered the two wheels, which would arrive after 20 days, that is to say around 12 November. We waited in vain for news, finally on November 26, so over a month after their order, we wrote a last email saying to cancel the request and to personally arrange for the repair of the chair in another node. This happened on time, thanks to the experience and good will of a local craftsman. Conclusion: no assistance and support! Global Quality is something different and more challenging than the display of major brands in the window.
