Abbiamo portato il mezzo diverse volte in officina per avere assistenza in garanzia ma nessun intervento è stato risolutivo. All’ennesima richiesta del venditore di riportare il camper dallo stesso meccanico abbiamo deciso di arrangiarci a nostre spese presso altra officina risolvendo il problema. Alla fine il venditore ha deciso di non rispondere più alla nostra mail. In our experience, we do not recommend the company M&M Camper Pesaro. We took the vehicle several times to the workshop for warranty assistance but no intervention was conclusive. At the umpteenth request from the seller to bring the camper back to the same mechanic, we decided to make do at our expense at another workshop, solving the problem. Eventually the seller decided not to reply to our email anymore.

Andando a riprenderlo ci è stato restituito il camper senza che il piedino fosse stato aggiustato e dopo averglielo fatto notare noi, ci hanno detto che il lavoro era più invasivo e più costoso del previsto. Assolutamente sconsigliato My girlfriend and I brought our RV to get a little foot fixed. We were initially quoted and paid immediately. When we went to collect it, the camper was returned to us without the foot having been fixed and after we pointed it out to us, we were told that the work was more invasive and more expensive than expected. Absolutely not recommended

Spesa molto alta per la sola istallazione di una telecamera posteriore nuova e navigatore, che dopo averlo provato non aveva nessun aggiornamento delle mappe ed era risalente al 2018. Dopo averlo fatto notare mi sono stati chiesti altri soldi per aggiornare le mappe. Bad experience. Very high expense for just the installation of a new rear view camera and navigator, which after trying it had no map updates and was dating back to 2018. After pointing this out, I was asked for more money to update the maps.
T	Thomas Schärli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern bin ich einen Tag zu früh bei M & M Camper erschienen um die Gasdruckzylinder meines WINGAMM Brownie 5.8 zu tauschen. Trotzdem wurde ich sofort freundlich bedient. Es musste noch eine Spannvorrichtung hergestellt werden, um die Zylinder montieren zu können. Diese wurden am nächsten Morgen geliefert und sofort montiert. Danach hat sich Mirco noch die Zeit genommen, an meinem Wohnwagen ein neues Dachfenster einzubauen und noch kleinere Reparaturen zu tätigen. Dies alles an einem Samstag, wo er doch schon lange Feierabend gehabt hätte!!! Ein super Service und tolle Arbeit. Ich kann diese Camperwerkstatt mit seiner guten Ausstattung nur weiter empfehlen. Grazie Mirco, vielleicht sehen wir uns mal in Griechenland? Yesterday I showed up at M & M Camper one day early to replace the gas cylinders on my WINGAMM Brownie 5.8. Nevertheless, I was immediately served in a friendly manner. A jig still had to be made in order to be able to mount the cylinders. These were delivered the next morning and installed immediately. After that, Mirco took the time to install a new roof window on my caravan and to do some minor repairs. All of this on a Saturday when he would have finished work for a long time! Great service and great work. I can only recommend this camper workshop with its good equipment. Grazie Mirco, maybe we'll see you in Greece?
