Mi sono recato presso l'officina meccanica , che Mi è stata indicata come efficentissima ,in quanto la Mia autovettura è rimasta in panne a circa 2 km dall'officina.
Ho chiesto assistenza spiegando l'accaduto e dicendo che trammite la garanzia assicurativa sarei riuscito a far arrivare con il carroattrezzi la Mia macchina presso l'officina ed essendo Io residente fuori regione avevo necessità di ritornare a casa.
Quindi un intervento di emergenza ,
Mi è stato risposto :
"FACCIA PURE ARRIVARE LA SUA AUTOVETTURA QUA CON IL SUO CARROATTREZZI, MA SAPPIA CHE PRIMA DI 4/5 GIORNI NON RIUSCIAMO A METTERCI MANO..."
Ho sottolineato che poteva essere solo un intervento d'emergenza volto a far ripartire l'auto...NIENTE..
COMPLIMENTI PER LA CORTESIA E LA COMPRENSIONE !!!!
I was very disappointed with the response I received:
I went to the mechanical workshop, which was indicated to me as very efficient, as my car was broken down about 2 km from the workshop.
I asked for assistance explaining what happened and saying that through the insurance guarantee I would be able to get my car to the workshop with the tow truck and being a resident outside the region I needed to return home.
So an emergency intervention,
I was replied:
"PLEASE MAKE YOUR CAR ARRIVE HERE WITH YOUR TRUCKS, BUT KNOW THAT BEFORE 4/5 DAYS WE CAN'T GET HAND ..."
I stressed that it could only be an emergency intervention aimed at restarting the car ... NOTHING ..
CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE COURTESY AND UNDERSTANDING !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In risposta ad una mail in cui chiedo di poter fare interventi al mio veicolo (mail che ovviamente ho) mi dicono che posso andare dalle ore alle ore senza specificare i giorni. Sono andato l'unico giorno libero (sabato) mi viene detto non c'é nessuno a cui fare vedere l'auto. Molto bene. Grazie.
In response to an email in which I ask to be able to make interventions on my vehicle (which of course I have) they tell me that I can go from hours to hours without specifying the days. I went the only day off (Saturday) I am told there is no one to show the car to. Very good. Thank you.
