β β β β β Personale incompetente attesa 35 minuti per ordinare e 50 minuti per ricevere le pietanze . Le bevande ci sono state portate dopo averglielo chiesto 4 volte a tre differenti camerieri. Lo store manager invece di far sedere le persone che come noi avevano prenotato le faceva attendere in piedi alla porta.
 Incompetent staff waiting 35 minutes to order and 50 minutes to receive food. The drinks were brought to us after asking three different waiters 4 times. The store manager instead of seating the people who like us had booked made them wait standing at the door.

β β β β β Purtroppo il servizio Γ¨ molto piΓΉ che scarso... Non ci sono parole per esprimere la poca cortesia della cameriera dopo averle fatto notare il lungo ritardo nel servizio al tavolo. Un'altra cameriera ha cercato di recuperare gli errori delle collega mostrandosi disponibile e cortese. Alla fine i panini sono arrivati freddi e ben poco mangiabili.
Unfortunately, the service is much more than poor ... There are no words to express the little courtesy of the waitress after pointing out the long delay in table service. Another waitress tried to recover the mistakes of her colleagues by showing herself helpful and courteous. In the end the sandwiches arrived cold and not very edible.

We got 2 double burgers and the meat was cold as well as the cheddar was not melted, we honestly didn't like it so much it is true that more than half we left it
