 Luciana very well prepared and courteous decorator, good exposure. My product purchased and paid for in cash was defective from the first moment and still continues to be. I absolutely advise against buying such products and that company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto accogliente e dipendenti molto gentile, disponibili e soprattutto la signora Marina ci ha seguito nell'acquisto con molta cura e ci ha saputo orientare nell'acquisto facendoci scegliere la soluzione del divano adatta alle nostre esigenze. Che dire, aspettiamo solo che arrivi il nostro divano e apprezzarne le caratteristiche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo chiesto di poter venire a prendere io con il mio furgone il divano acquistato…ma dalla Direzione pare che non è stato accettato e che devo per forza pagare il trasporto che non è mica poco… Mi dispiace davvero molto perché ho il mezzo per trasportarlo e poi il negozio Poltrone sofà e a circa 5 km dalla destinazione del divano!!
Del resto il divano è bello e la signora Luciana è stata molto cortese.
I had asked to be able to come and take the sofa purchased with my van ... but it seems from the Management that it was not accepted and that I have to pay the transport which is not cheap ... I am very sorry because I have the means to transport it and then the Poltrone sofà shop and about 5 km from the destination of the sofa !!
After all, the sofa is beautiful and Mrs. Luciana was very courteous.

Vastissima scelta dei prodotti, 100%italiani.Tempi di consegna un po' lunghi (ne vale la pena) ma tutto detto nel pre vendita, per cui divani arrivati ieri puntuali come da accordi, perfetti, bellissimi e di ottima qualità. Ottima esperienza!.
Staff trained, available and attentive to customer needs. Vast choice of products, 100% Italian. Delivery times a bit long (it's worth it) but all said in the pre-sale, so the sofas arrived yesterday on time as agreed, perfect, beautiful and of excellent quality. Great experience !.

We bought a modular unit in the Armchairs and sofas shop and what struck us and convinced us was the professionalism .. Competence .. Seriousness .. and infinite kindness of Luciana ... Il personale è preparatissimo, accompagna il cliente nella scelta del divano perfetto ascoltando e aiutando a valutare ogni singolo aspetto. Dalla scelta del materiale pelle/tessuto al tipo di tessuto per la particolare esigenza, i colori, i relax, i divano letto o contenitore.... Tutto esposto in modo molto ordinato, con la possibilità di provare e toccare con mano qualsiasi cosa.
Ricca anche la scelta di accessori da personalizzare.
Riaprire post pandemia ha tardato un pò le consegne.... Vedremo come andrà la logistica.

Reopening after the pandemic has delayed deliveries a bit .... We'll see how the logistics will go.
