Ho specificato che ciò che ho acquistato era per un regalo ma non hanno staccato né il talloncino del prezzo né hanno fatto lo scontrino cortesia.
Sono piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza!
 Guys in cash-bar not friendly and attentive, almost annoyed.
I specified that what I purchased was for a gift but have not detached or the counterfoil of the money nor did the courtesy receipt.
They are small attentions that make the difference!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra gli OVS che ho visitato essendo un cliente storico, questo è sicuramente il più pulito ed ordinato che abbia visto (colpito in particolare dalla pulizia dei camerini dove di solito si trova di tutto.... ).
Personale gentile e disponibile... prezzi OVS sempre competitivi.
Among the OVS I visited as a long-time customer, this is certainly the cleanest and tidest I've seen (particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the dressing rooms where you usually find everything ....)

Very positive experience. Having to make a ruler for my wife, I asked the women's department for help. Staff very courteous and kind as well as professional. A godsend for those like me who are a bit denied for shopping. OVS Matera customers.
