Ho aspettato ben nove mesi e, solo dopo l'intervento di un legale, ne ho ottenuto la sostituzione con un rivestimento eseguito nella maniera peggiore. Mai più un'esperienza del genere !!!!!!! Bad assistance. I waited a good nine months and, only after the intervention of a lawyer, I got the replacement with a coating performed in the worst way. Never again an experience like that !!!!!!!
L	Livio cosulich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato tramite un venditore, una poltrona reclinabile manuale fatta da Spazio Relax Matera, la poltrona non funziona bene , il personale scortese, mi hanno tirato in lungo per far passare i 15 giorni così da non poter fare il reso e così ho fatto la pallina da tennis tra venditore e fabbricante sperando in una garanzia. Mi trovo ad aver pagato una poltrona manuale 300 euro che non posso usare ed il venditore (Lineaesseshop.it) ed il fabbricante (Spazio Relax spa) sono spariti nel nulla. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti! I purchased through a seller, a manual recliner made by Spazio Relax Matera, the chair doesn't work well, the staff rude, they pulled me long to let the 15 days pass so that I could not make the return and so I made the ball between seller and manufacturer hoping for a guarantee. I find myself paying for a manual chair 300 euros that I cannot use and the seller (Lineaesseshop.it) and the manufacturer (Spazio Relax spa) have disappeared into thin air. I strongly advise against everyone!
L	Louis T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno stesso della consegna della poltrona manuale,ho notato un evidente rumore di molle proveniente dallo schienale.Ho sottovalutato la cosa,sperando che il rumore scomparisse,invece ha continuato.A distanza di un anno dalla"acquisto,visto che la garanzia della poltrona dura due anni,mi sono deciso a contattare la fabbrica:al centro-assistenza mi dicono che avrei dovuto pagare € 40 per la chiamata del tecnico a casa! Dopo le mie rimostranze,mi invitano a mandare un filmato (sic!!!) del movimento dello schienale con relativo rumore al loro ufficio il quale mi avrebbe successivamente ricontattato:ebbene,dopo 4 giorni di silenzio,ho dovuto richiamare la ditta la cui responsabile mi dice che avrebbero dovuto riparare la poltrona a Matera,che avrebbero mandato un corriere a caricarla e che questa avrei dovuto portarla giu' al condominio in attesa del corriere in quanto questo non sarebbe salito al secondo piano del palazzo in cui vivo! Una vergogna!!!! Anche il venditore della poltrona a Napoli non mi è sembrato assolutamente disponibile affinché il cliente fossa soddisfatto.... Mai più comprerò da loro!!!! After my complaints, they invite me to send a video (sic !!!) of the movement of the backrest with relative noise to their office which would subsequently contact me: well, after 4 days of silence, I had to call the company whose manager tells me that they should have repaired the chair in Matera, that they would have sent a courier to load it and that I would have to take this down to the condominium waiting for the courier as this would not have gone up to the second floor of the building where I live! A shame!!!! Even the seller of the armchair in Naples did not seem absolutely available for the customer to be satisfied .... I will never buy from them again !!!!

Sconsigliato perche di pessima qualità Product purchased less than 6 months ago. He immediately gave problems with wheels and motors. Rude and fugitive assistance. Bad product. Non bisogna guardare solo l'estetica ed il prezzo, ma anche gli interni, ho potuto constatare che all'interno c'è tanta qualità che ovviamente non si vede se non vai a cercarla (tipo capovolgendo la poltrona). Struttura in multistrato (non truciolato) e parti meccaniche molto pesanti e resistenti. Consiglio vivamente queste poltrone relax, spendete i soldi una volta sola al posto di acquistare cineserie che costano poco ovviamente, ma è pur vero che fanno pietà, ma soprattutto i materiali dove andrete ad appoggiare il vostro corpo non si sa cosa sono. Structure in multilayer (not chipboard) and very heavy and resistant mechanical parts. I highly recommend these relaxation armchairs, you spend the money only once instead of buying chinoiserie which obviously cost little, but it is true that they are pitying, but above all the materials where you are going to rest your body you do not know what they are.
