Ho scoperto quest'azienda artigianale sul web per caso… Abitando a Verona ed essendo molto diffidente in un primo momento ho immediatamente scartato la possibilità di acquistare un divano tramite internet… Guardando e riguardando le foto proposte sulle pagine del sito Class Divani mi sono però convinto e ho chiamato il titolare Sig. Francesco Caramella.. Il resto l'ha fatto lui…persona estremamente gentile, altamente preparata e qualificata, capace di spiegare con minuziosa precisione tutte le caratteristiche che rendono la sua azienda una ditta di altissima qualità. Visti i prezzi di mercato pubblicizzati dai grandi Brend e, recepita la filosofia aziendale del sig. Caramella, ho deciso di " Rischiare " ed ho ordinato il mio divano in pelle fiore spessorata mod. Potenza. Dopo 15gg ho ricevuto direttamente a casa mia e senza spese aggiuntive ( Altamura - Verona ) il mio stupendo Divano 300x215 L'ho fatto… "il GRANDE AFFARE"... Consiglio caldamente a tutti questa azienda che con il passaparola ma soprattutto con un lavoro accurato e di grande rilevanza sarà capace di soddisfare ogni vs esigenza… p.s. il Sig. Francesco Caramella non l'ho mai visto nemmeno in foto, solo sentito telefonicamente durante la scelta, la vendita ed il post vendita… Massima serietà e professionalità.. FIDATEVI... Francesco, unica pecca i il meccanismo dei braccioli, dopo solo un mese non funzionano in maniera efficiente. Esposto il problema mi è bastato promesso la sostituzione in garanzia. Non appena sarà effettuata la sostituzione rifarò una recensione per elogiare anche il servizio post-vendita.
