I placed an order for two packs of tiles for an invoiced amount of € 94.65 which I immediately paid, unfortunately I did not look at the invoice in confidence and alone at home I realized that the cost of packaging contributions of € 15.00 was added. . absurd for two packs of tiles but the worst thing is that Miss Erica didn't tell me anything. I renovated half a house through the Polis Store in Lodi and found materials of excellent quality, competence, kindness and willingness to resolve any problems that may arise from the staff. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo comprato un mobiletto del bagno e ci hanno consigliato di intestarlo al costruttore in modo che noi pagassimo solo il 10% di IVA. La fattura però è stata emessa al costruttore con l'IVA al 22% e ci ritroviamo adesso a dover pagare l'intera cifra.
Abbiamo chiamato il negozio spiegandoli il problema e capire perchè la fattura è stata emessa con iva al 22% invece che al 10% e ci hanno risposto "che questa procedura è modo per vendere i prodotti ai clienti".
Poca trasparenza, poca chiarezza e per me, anche se la qualità del prodotto comprato sarà ottima (da verificare), non riandrò mai più in questo negozio!
We bought a bathroom cabinet and they advised us to make it out to the manufacturer so that we only pay 10% VAT. However, the invoice was issued to the manufacturer with 22% VAT and we now find ourselves having to pay the full amount.
We called the shop explaining the problem and understanding why the invoice was issued with VAT at 22% instead of 10% and they replied "that this procedure is a way to sell products to customers".
Little transparency, little clarity and for me, even if the quality of the purchased product will be excellent (to be verified), I will never return to this shop again!
