La risposta del venditore? È lei che non si vuole abituare alle lenti nuove( preciso porto gli occhiali da 5 anni la mia vista è rimasta sempre la stessa non ho perso diottrie.)mi rifanno la visita dicendo che ho perso diottrie ma tutto falso detto il mio oculista al quale mi sono rivolta per un'altra visita. mi rifanno gli occhiali attenendosi a ciò che il mio oculista ha scritto precisando che io non avevo voglia di abituarmi. Maleducati presuntuosi e disonesti perche il soddisfatti o rimborsati non esiste!hanno sbagliato a farmi le lenti non volevano ammettere il loro errore! l	luca Baronchelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché non se ne possono dare zero, commessi genti all'apparenza ma una volta introdotto l'argomento delle assicurazioni o del pagamento riescono in ogni modo a fregarti e in caso di assicurazioni passate NON scadute per qualche motivo non saranno mai valide e non vi tornera mezzo centesimo. Commessi che continuano a scaricare colpe su altra gente mai uno con un po' di pa... Sarà sempre colpa del sistema o dei loro superiori quasi inesistenti. Io ora come ora anche se mi esplodessero gli occhiali e avessi un pugnale in un occhio non entrerei lì beanche se mi pagassero. Sono stato gentile, le accuse sarebbero ben peggiori ma inadatte al luogo a differenza di quanto detto da le persone che lavorano in questo luogo. Hanno tutta la strumentazione adatta per effettuare anche le visite oculistiche e tantissime montature tra cui scegliere, per lo stile o la comodità. Per quanto riguarda i prezzi, si può dire che le montature in generale sono abbastanza economiche; ovviamente poi dipende dalla marca del modello scelto, ma spesso offrono degli sconti, o agevolazioni per i registrati. Nei confronti delle lenti, invece, senza eccedere, cercano di preservarne la qualità. Staff welcoming and attentive to everyone's needs.
