Me ne sono andata "sbattendo la porta".
Ha fatto di tutto per non mostrarmi quello che chiedevo e trattarmi male.
Decisamente scioccante!!!

Personale scortese, siamo stati nello show-room per scegliere piastrelle per un appartamento, la signora Teresa sembrava scocciata e impaziente. Per non parlare della posa, che già in fase di ordine avevamo specificato sarebbe dovuta avvenire entro una certa data, che hanno iniziato ben dopo il necessario. Disorganizzati e poco professionali, bisogna chiamarli una marea di volte per farsi rispondere. Mai più.
Bad experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would have given 0 stars. Unfriendly staff, we were in the showroom to choose tiles for an apartment, Mrs. Teresa seemed annoyed and impatient. Not to mention the installation, which we had already specified when ordering, should have taken place by a certain date, which started well after the necessary. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare. Utilizzano materiali e collanti scadenti. In più appartamenti dello stesso cantiere dove la posa del capitolato era in carico a La Penna, le piastrelle si sono staccate dalle pareti dei bagni e, scaduta la garanzia dei due anni, non hanno risposto dei danni nè hanno proposto un preventivo per la riparazione. Massima scortesia, incompetenza, assenza di professionalità e zero qualità.

In several apartments on the same site where the laying of the specifications was in charge of La Penna, the tiles fell off the bathroom walls and, after the two-year warranty expired, they did not respond for damage or offer a quote for repair. Maximum rudeness, incompetence, lack of professionalism and zero quality.
