★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho rotto il vetro del camino, per la riparazione il preventivo concordato era di €.150,00. Durante la sostituzione del vetro il loro operaio ha rotto lo sportello . Al momento del pagamento hanno preteso che oltre al vetro pagassi anche lo sportello rotto da loro
e la manodopera aggiuntiva . A fine lavori ho pagato €. 320 ,00 invece dei €.150, 00 che avevamo concordato. Poco professionali e poco seri . Sicuramente non mi rivolgerò più a questa azienda .
I broke the glass of the fireplace, for the repair the estimate agreed was € .150.00. During the replacement of the glass their worker broke the door. At the time of payment they demanded that in addition to the glass, I would also pay for the counter broken by them
and additional labor. At the end of the work I paid €. 320, 00 instead of € .150, 00 that we had agreed. Unprofessional and not very serious. I certainly will not contact this company again.
