Evitatela!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado in questa farmacia da molto tempo. C’è da dire che con le commesse mi sono sempre trovata molto bene, gentili disponibili e preparate, tranne una, la titolare. Indisponente incivile e maleducata. Un esempio: ho chiesto un cambio di un prodotto acquistato pochi minuti prima e appena mi sono girata stava facendo con le mani il gesto di mandarmi a quel paese, dicendomi che il prodotto propostomi poco prima non ci fosse più. Sono torntata il giorno dopo e la commessa mi ha effettuato il cambio senza problemi. Io certa gente non la farei lavorare a contatto con dei clienti… oltretutto anche poco furba. A tutti possono capitare giornate sbagliate, ma non per questo puoi trattare in questo modo i tuoi clienti.

An example: I asked for a change of a product purchased a few minutes earlier and as soon as I turned around he was making the gesture with his hands to send me to that country, telling me that the product proposed to me was no longer there. I came back the next day and the saleswoman made the change without any problems. I would not let some people work in contact with customers ... moreover even not very smart. Bad days can happen to everyone, but you can't treat your customers this way.
