B	Barbara Cozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato oggi 4 febbraio 2021 mia figlia ad una prima visita reparto clinica UOC Oftamologia-Clinica Oculistica, e mentre un dottorino che faceva pratica (abbastanza bravo) misurava la vista di mia figlia di 14 anni, la dottoressa responsabile rispondeva al telefono personale parlando di passati di verdure e carne macinata da comprare... Dopo aver capito che comprometteva la visita oculistica ha lasciato la stanza, ma anche prima che andassimo via si è dedicata ad un ultima telefonata personale senza salutarci nè lasciando le ultime spiegazioni di rito... Inoltre come da prassi essendo un ospedale pubblico appuntamento alle 11,30 ed entrate un ora dopo... Nella prescrizione della gradazione della vista la dottoressa si è bene guardata dal firmare il foglio o lasciare il suo nome... Complimenti alla sanità pubblica e a chi paga.... C	Carla Carla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per una visita di controllo Infermieri e personale all’accettazione gentilissimi Però sono veramente arrabbiata in quanto lasciano gli specializzandi da soli Malamente mi sono capitati due ragazzi che mi hanno fatto il test doppio sopratutto per l’esame del fondo oculare Facendomi uscire parecchio stordita come se non bastassero da sole le gocce che normalmente usano La specializzanda se n'è approfittata facendomi rimanere più tempo seduta come una cavia per rifarmi l’esame del fondo oculare Lei continuava a fare le prove nonostante la ricetta mi fosse già stata fatta Per puro gusto sperimentale studentesco Un po’ più di rispetto per i pazienti e più controllo con gli specializzandi I went for a checkup Very kind nurses and reception staff But I am really angry as they leave the trainees alone I had two guys badly who gave me the double test, especially for the fundus examination, making me go out quite stunned as if the drops they normally use were not enough alone The resident took advantage of this by letting me sit longer like a guinea pig to have my fundus examination done again She continued to rehearse despite the fact that the recipe had already been made to me For pure experimental student taste A little more respect for patients and more control with trainees

Non mi hanno restituito la ricetta della visita specialistica Totally bad experience Appointment at 09:30 Arrived at the clinic at approximately 09:00 At 11.00 am still waiting to be called and after pointing out to the staff that people with a higher number than mine had already been visited I left without being visited !!! They did not return the prescription for the specialist examination

A good department of the Umberto Primo University Polyclinic. Doctors are professionals in their work. Only the waiting times were too long.
