★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segnalo innanzitutto la grande umanità, cordialità, umiltà ed empatia del prof. Andrea Polistena. Anche il personale infermieristico (soprattutto femminile) degli ambulatori merita una particolare menzione, per il cuore ed il sorriso che tutte mettono nel loro lavoro, in particolare quando vengono a contatto con le nuove pazienti di oncologia senologica. Per la Direzione un paio di consigli: far mettere (di corsa) il sapone nel bagno a fianco dell'accettazione al secondo piano e mettere un cartello fatto meglio per l'orario visite, anche per le consultazioni con i medici, in particolar modo al terzo piano (mi sembra che non sia per nulla indicato, tra l'altro, anche l'orario visita della domenica mattina). Anche i familiari ed accompagnatori devono essere trattati bene, come i pazienti!
First of all, I would like to point out the great humanity, cordiality, humility and empathy of prof. Andrea Polistena. The nursing staff (especially women) of the clinics also deserve a special mention, for the heart and the smile they all put into their work, especially when they come into contact with new breast cancer patients. For the Management a couple of tips: have soap put (in a hurry) in the bathroom next to the reception on the second floor and put up a sign made better for visiting hours, also for consultations with doctors, especially at third floor (it seems to me that the visiting hours on Sunday morning are not indicated at all). Family members and carers must also be treated well, like patients!
