Mi auguro che il servizio universitario non sia così assente. Come perdere nuovi iscritti. Non-existent service. Al numero dell'orientamento parte la musica registrata per 1 minuto fino a che non ti chiudono la chiamata con un "grazie per aver chiamato". Alla segreteria studenti, musica + messaggio "tutti operatori occupati" + messaggio "lascia numero per essere richiamato" e ovviamente non ti richiamano. Si vede che questo è un apparato de La Sapienza, fosse stata un'università online privata l'assistenza sarebbe stata di tutt'altro livello. Amo questa università anche per questo.. nulla è regalato, non esistono crocette o facilitazioni, ed è così che dovrebbe essere. A chiunque abbia dei pregiudizi mi offro volentieri per un confronto su qualche diritto o altre discipline, solo perché è telematica non significa valga meno, che studi di meno o che è più facile. I docenti li ho sempre trovati cordiali e disponibili, così come la segreteria. Premetto che non l'ho mai contattata telefonicamente, ma nel corso degli anni ho scritto diverse email e le tempistiche di risposta erano ottime. Anzi, per risolvere un problema un giorno mi hanno addirittura contattato loro al telefono. Non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore, manca poco alla laurea e guardandomi indietro non mi pento di nulla. Mi sono iscritta 3 anni fa al corso di scienze dell'amministrazione e probabilmente non era né la facoltà né l'università del mio futuro. Ad ogni modo la cosa che più mi ha infastidito è stata la poca cordialità della segretaria e di tutti gli addetti. Mi è capitato di chiedere informazioni di presenza, telefonicamente e via mail e ogni volta sembrava quasi di disturbare. Non è una bella sensazione per uno studente che ha bisogno di chiarimenti. Ad ogni modo, ripeto, probabilmente non era la mia università telematica. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience in this university.
