Sarò breve e conciso, volevo scambiare due parole con i cuochi e per capire se hanno mai cucinato qui non si tratta di pasta cruda o scotta qui si parla di cose basilari se volete vi faccio vedere come si prepara un sugo semplice composto da pomodoro e basilico. Vergognatevi se siete cuochi italiani Surely no one in the company will answer. Non funziona invece bene la logistica, perché arrivano cibi diversi dal previsto e spesso carenti di alcune pietanze previste, p.es. la frutta. I find the quality of the meals adequate for the needs, which is livelihood and therapeutic, obviously not catering. On the other hand, the logistics are not working well, because foods other than expected and often lacking in some dishes, e.g. fruit, arrive.

La distribuzione del cibo al Policlinico Umberto I è da terzo mondo, tutto immangiabile e non parlo di pasti per diabetici ipocalorici o altri tipi di pasti. Anche quelli normocalorici sono pessimi, pasta sempre scotta, e non condita, secondi piatti a dir poco schifosi, ieri 7/06/2018 sono stati serviti straccetti al vino bianco, straccetti !!!!!! grasso e nervi ritagliati da fettine di carne che non si sa quale fine abbiano fatto affogati in una brodaglia insipida, carote lesse senza sale senza un filo di olio. Questi dovrebbero essere i pasti per i pazienti che hanno la sfortuna di dover ricorrere all'ospedale per gravi patologie che invece di essere trattati con riguardo sono sono serviti con cibo di scars qualità e mal cucinato. Ma una cosa buona posso segnalarla le banane , l'unica cosa non cucinata da voi. Vergognatevi di pretendere dai contribuenti denaro che riempie le tasche della società Indecent and disgraceful food !!! Sapete che il 90% delle persone non mangiano quello che mandate nei reparti? Provate a chiedere in quanti sono soddisfatti del vostro servizio, per rendervi conto di quanto ne parlano bene. Vi sembra normale che si butti tutta questa roba ogni giorno e la gente è costretta a comprare il pranzo o la cena fuori, per potersi sfamare. A parte tutto, i complimenti vanno al cuoco 5 stelle, perché meglio di questo non può fare, non credo che troverete un cuoco migliore che faccia Schifezze migliori di queste. L'unica speranza che questa società chiuda presto, così i pazienti avranno almeno un'altra possibilità di provare un nuovo cuoco... Cibo di una qualità immonda che il 90% dei pazienti si rifiuta di mangiare, del resto quando si vincono appalti al ribasso queste sono le conseguenze. Vergognatevi. De Lellis Hospital in Rieti. Ma si può dare per pranzo la pasta col salmone e i bastoncini di pesce ( che sono clamorosamente fritti prima anche se poi li mettono al forno ) . Ma chi è il nutrizionista ? Ma la frutta dove la comprate ! Pure quella fa schifo ! Qui si butta tutto You wouldn't deserve a star!
