★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno di un medico a casa il 1° gennaio dell'anno e Medicall mi ha mandato in breve tempo un medico molto competente. Ho potuto apprezzare un'ottima qualità del servizio, a cui non esiterò a ricorrere ancora se ne avrò bisogno.
I needed a doctor at home on January 1st of the year and Medicall sent me a very competent doctor in a short time. I was able to appreciate an excellent quality of service, which I will not hesitate to resort to again if I need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita a domicilio per una problematica urgente sabato mattina.Viste le circostanze attuali ho preferito questo metodo al pronto soccorso. Risposta alle sei di mattina , conferma visita e preventivo per le 8 e medico a casa per le ore 10 (puntualissimo e cordiale) . Fattura via mail. Niente da dire un buon servizio a tutto tondo . Il prezzo è adeguato considerando che stavo sostanzialmente chiedendo un consulto di uno specialista a domicilio.
Home visit for an urgent problem Saturday morning. Given the current circumstances I preferred this method to the emergency room. Answer at six in the morning, confirmation of visit and estimate for 8 and doctor at home by 10 (very punctual and friendly). Invoice by mail. Nothing to say good all round service. The price is adequate considering I was basically asking for a consultation from a home specialist.

Ho richiamato tre giorni dopo la prestazione perchè stavo ancora molto male , mi ha detto che il medico che mi ha visitata mi avrebbe ricontattata, cosa mai avvenuta. Sono stata poi ricoverata in Pronto Soccorso, dove mi han detto che sono stata curata malissimo.
A home visit € 180. I called back three days after the performance because I was still very ill, he told me that the doctor who visited me would contact me again, which never happened. I was then admitted to the emergency room, where they told me that I was treated very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il servizio di guardia medica privata (da loro pubblicizzato come 24/24 h) verso le 0.30 per chiedere assistenza per una persona le cui condizioni rendono difficile il trasporto al pronto soccorso, mi ha risposto una persona che dalla voce pareva essersi appena svegliata la quale dopo aver ascoltato la mia richiesta mi ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamato.
A distanza di 12 ore sto ancora aspettando la loro chiamata... non male per un servizio che si occupa di assistenza sanitaria.
Per mia fortuna nel frattempo mi sono rivolto ad un'altra società che, a differenza loro, prende sul serio il proprio lavoro.
